At Quick Online Doctor, we are committed to delivering high-quality, timely, and secure telehealth services. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you may need a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any service.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- Doctor Not Available: If your scheduled consultation is cancelled due to doctor unavailability, and you choose not to reschedule.
- Technical Issues: If technical issues from our side prevent your consultation from happening (e.g., platform failure).
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same booking.
- Appointment Cancelled in Advance: If you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled consultation, you may be eligible for a partial refund (after payment gateway charges deduction).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice.
- Last-Minute Cancellation: If you cancel the appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- Service Already Provided: Once a consultation has been completed or medical advice has been delivered.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided simply due to change of mind or dissatisfaction if the service was properly delivered.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at admin@quickonlinedoctor.com within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Include:
- Full Name
- Appointment ID
- Date & Time of Appointment
- Reason for Refund Request
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card statement (depending on the bank/payment gateway).
