  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same booking.
  • Appointment Cancelled in Advance: If you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled consultation, you may be eligible for a partial refund (after payment gateway charges deduction).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation: If you cancel the appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Service Already Provided: Once a consultation has been completed or medical advice has been delivered.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided simply due to change of mind or dissatisfaction if the service was properly delivered.
